1. Agreement & eligibility

By accessing or using Dream Control Courses, you confirm that you can form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and that you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Account & security

Some features require creating an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately at [email protected] and take reasonable steps to secure access (including changing passwords and enabling available security protections).

3. Subscriptions, payments, refunds

Pricing, subscription terms (if any), and what is included will be presented at the time of purchase. By completing a transaction you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the provided payment method for applicable fees, taxes, and renewals where disclosed.

Refund eligibility depends on the offer and local consumer protection rules. Unless a different policy is shown at checkout, requests should be submitted within 14 days of purchase along with the purchase email and details of the issue. We may deny refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or material violation of these Terms.

If a subscription renews automatically, you can cancel future renewals from your account settings where available, or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges but does not retroactively refund past periods unless required by law or expressly stated.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, without limitation: attempting to gain unauthorized access; interfering with or disrupting the Service; scraping or copying content at scale without permission; transmitting malware; or using the Service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activities.

You also agree not to share, resell, sublicense, or distribute access to paid materials except where explicitly allowed by us in writing.

5. Content & intellectual property

The Service, including lessons, audio, video, text, illustrations, branding, and layout, is owned by Dream Control Courses or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly perform, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service or content unless you have our prior written permission or such activity is permitted by law.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content is complete or suitable for your specific goals.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon termination, the license granted to you ends, and you must cease using and, where applicable, delete any downloaded materials unless you are legally permitted to retain them.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
